Elder Snyder will be released on October 17th. We have been invited to the Farewell Fireside that morning at 10 a.m. in Cherry Hill New Jersey. James, Sjauna, Dave, Evelynn, Owen, and I will attend the fireside. Such an exciting time! It has been fun to watch Andrew grow. Though it is interesting that his driving skills have not improved all that much. But it is comforting to know that the Lord protects his servants. The red truck landed on the corner where Elder Snyder and his companion had stopped to fix something on one of their bikes. They felt impressed to move on so they did. Within minutes the accident occured at the very spot they were standing. Elder Snyder's sister and brother in law live 2 hours from the Cherry Hill New Jersey Mission. Sjauna and Dave went to visit on their way to New York. There are some things that just remind you of home...(Andrew and his brothers had some friends that lived on the block behind us...their names: Norman and Harold Ovando.) Nice to know they were spending their time such important things as stacking cups :-) Exciting times...baptisms were awesome experiences. especially in the river in November. And in the Spirit of the holidays he donned the traditional red suit to play Father Christmas. 24 days and counting! Time to sprint Elder Snyder!
